Of course, we are also cooking with special Christmas flavors at the moment. Breast and leg of Barbarie duck, spoon dumplings, apple-cinnamon red cabbage: it smells simply wonderful in our kitchen. Our guests enjoy these delicacies in a family-style dinner. What that means? All the food components are served on plates or in bowls on the table and everyone can take as much as they like. It’s a wonderful way to liven up Christmas dinner!
